We may collect information voluntarily provided when someone submits an inquiry, communicates with us, schedules or purchases a service, or participates in goaltender-development services.
This may include a parent or guardian’s name and contact information, the athlete’s name and age, playing level, team or hockey background, development goals, scheduling preferences, service interests, communications, and game or practice video voluntarily submitted for review.
We do not intentionally request medical, psychiatric, psychotherapy, or other sensitive healthcare records through the website.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, coordinate and provide services, communicate with athletes and families, personalize goaltender development, review submitted video, process payments, maintain appropriate business records, improve services, and operate the website.

Youth Athletes & Parents
Many Mind in the Crease services involve youth athletes. When a participant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian should be involved in scheduling, payment, consent, and the submission of personal information when appropriate.
When an athlete is under 13, a parent or legal guardian should submit the inquiry and provide information on the athlete’s behalf. Children under 13 should not submit the website inquiry form independently.
