HOW IT WORKS

A Flexible Process Built Around the Goaltender

01

START A CONVERSATION

The athlete or parent submits a brief inquiry describing the goaltender and the areas they would like help with.

04

BUILD THE PERFORMANCE PROFILE

If Goalie Performance Consultation is the right starting point, the first paid 40-minute consultation serves as the intake. Rob uses it to build the athlete’s individualized performance profile around goals, preparation, confidence, pressure, response to mistakes, and decision-making.

02

ROB REVIEWS THE INQUIRY

Rob personally reviews the inquiry, follows up, answers initial questions, and determines which service may be the most appropriate starting point.

05

APPLY THE WORK

Development connects back to hockey. On-ice development, performance consultation, and interactive video development help the athlete understand game reads, decisions, and situations they actually experience.

03

SELECT THE STARTING POINT

Based on the goaltender’s and family’s needs, the starting point may be Private or Semi-Private Goaltender Development, Goalie Performance Consultation, Interactive Video Development, Parent Development Consultation, or a Development Package. Not every goaltender needs every service.

06

CONTINUE DEVELOPING

New performance patterns, goals, or changes in the athlete’s environment can help determine what deserves attention next. Services can continue individually or be combined based on the athlete's needs.
